pero durante el desarrollo de la practica se encontraron productos significativos así como fallas a nivel personal, profesional y ciudadano.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span lang="ES" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Cambria","serif"">A continuación se presenta una reflexión crítica,<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>sobre estos aspectos que enriquecen mi quehacer personal y profesional.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0cm;mso-add-space:auto;text-align: justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph"><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal"><span lang="ES" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Cambria","serif"">Mi actuar profesional:<o:p></o:p></span></b></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span lang="ES" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Cambria","serif"">Cuando realizábamos el anteproyecto con mis compañeras y asesora me sentía un poco insegura pues sabía lo que iba a hacer pero me daba miedo equivocarme o no poder desenvolverme<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>bien en el aula de clases.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span lang="ES" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Cambria","serif"">Pero poco a poco los niños me fueron dando esa seguridad hasta convertirme en una excelente maestra para preescolar.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span lang="ES" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Cambria","serif"">En el desarrollo del proyecto, tuve muchas fallas como profesional; algunas de ellas fueron:<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-left:0cm;mso-add-space:auto; text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span lang="ES" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Cambria","serif"">La de no partir de las preguntas o necesidades que tenían los niños; de aquellas preguntas plasmadas el primer día; estas inquietudes no las tuvimos en cuenta, sino que comenzamos a desarrollar lo que ya habíamos preparado.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align:justify;text-justify: inter-ideograph"><span lang="ES" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%; font-family:"Cambria","serif""><o:p> </o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left:0cm;mso-add-space:auto; text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span lang="ES" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Cambria","serif"">Otra carencia presentada en la práctica y que como profesional la noté, fue que sabíamos que por cada taller o actividad debíamos realizar un producto para presentar en la socialización de tal manera que a lo ultimo no esforzáramos a los niños a aprender algo en un par de horas, Y que a pesar de que esta actividad fuera para los niños una tarea debíamos hacer algo que no fuera tangible y que animara y entusiasmara a los pequeños; como canciones, adivinanzas, juegos, poemas, etc.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align:justify;text-justify: inter-ideograph"><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal"><span lang="ES" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Cambria","serif""><o:p> </o:p></span></b></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left:0cm;mso-add-space:auto; me propuse retos, como lograr a ser puntual, lograr no atenerme a los demás, asegurarme de llevar siempre mis cosas, ser precavida, investigar en libros, investigar en internet canciones, cuentos, poemas, estrategias metodológicas y bases pedagógicas que me dieran respuesta<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>a lo que estaba haciendo sin que nadie dijera ¡averigüe! <span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>Lo hacía por mi cuenta y esta actitud me hizo reflexionar y darme cuenta que ya no soy la persona dudosa, miedosa e insegura de preguntar, de enfrentarme en público y de hablar frente a los demás.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span lang="ES" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Cambria","serif"">Creo que en la práctica pedagógica como persona mejoré muchísimo y seguiré haciéndolo.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0cm;mso-add-space:auto;text-align: justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph"><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal"><span lang="ES" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Cambria","serif"">Factores de éxito<o:p></o:p></span></b></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span lang="ES" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Cambria","serif"">En el desarrollo de esta experiencia pedagógica<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>obtuve mayores éxitos que en prácticas anteriores.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span lang="ES" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Cambria","serif"">Algunas de ellas fueron:<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="margin-left:0cm;mso-add-space:auto; font-family:"Cambria","serif""><o:p> </o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left:0cm;mso-add-space:auto; text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span lang="ES" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Cambria","serif"">Poder investigar en libros y en internet más información sobre estrategias de enseñanza y conceptos sobre la educación en preescolar, además de averiguar sobre la concepción y el ambiente de los niños de 4 y 5 años y la forma en que aprenden y experimentan su cuerpo; todo esto para enriquecer el proyecto y para apropiarme de los procesos de enseñanza de los niños de preescolar.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left:0cm;mso-add-space:auto; text-align:justify;text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span lang="ES" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:"Cambria","serif"">Creo y considero que una de las necesidades en el desarrollo de la experiencia pedagógica fue que a pesar de que los padres se involucraron indirectamente en el desarrollo del proyecto por medio de las tareas que se les dejaba a los niños/as o por medio de las cosas que se les pedían, era necesario que en ocasiones pidiéramos el favor a algunos padres venir y acompañarnos en los talleres, de tal manera que los padres se dieran cuenta del proceso de formación de sus hijos y además que compartieran un rato con ellos en el Jardín.<o:p></o:p></span></p> <p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align:justify;text-justify: inter-ideograph"><span lang="ES" style="font-size:12.0pt;line-height:115%; entre otros.
